Andrea E. Humble, BSc., DVM 

Director and Owner of Pet Vet Hospitals 

Dr. Humble graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in 1994 and entered the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Program at Western College of Veterinary Medicine , University of Saskatchewan. Andrea received her  Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1998.  After graduating in 1998 she moved to Stoney, Creek, Ontario to work at Pet Vet Hospitals. In February of 2001 she became Owner/Director of Pet Vet Hospitals. 

Dr. Humble has taken further education since graduation in Orthopedic Surgery, Ultrasound and Practice Management. Her Veterinary skills are kept very current by attending conferences and seminars in all areas of medicine and surgery several times per year. Dr. Humble also belongs to the VIN Veterinary online network where the latest Veterinary information is available.  On a personal note, Dr. Humble lives in Stoney Creek with her husband Tim who is an Executive Chef. They have a family of four beautiful pets; including Piper who thinks he is a Westie, often referred to as “hyper” by mistake! He is always happy and very brave! Their three cats, “Shadow, Sunny Bunny and BJ are all very special and are definitely in charge of the house!  Dr. Humble enjoys reading and shopping in her time off and is a big movie fan.  Taking Piper on long walks is her favourite outdoor activity.

Sabir Kunnath, BSc., DVM 

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Kunnath graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1993 and completed a Clinical Evaluation year long program at Oklahoma State University, in the United States in 2004 and has been with Pet Vet Hospital ever since.  His special areas of interest is small animal internal medicine.  Dr. Kunnath keeps up to date by attending continuing education conferences. 

Dr. Kunnath belongs to the VIN Veterinary online network where the latest Veterinary information is available.  Dr. Kunnath is married with two beautiful daughters and in his spare time he enjoys reading and traveling.

Carole Both, BSc., DVM 

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Both graduated with her Bsc. degree from the University of Guelph in 2003 and earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2006 from Ontario Veterinary College.  Her areas of special interests are veterinary ophthalmology and cardiology.  Dr. Both attends continuing education on an ongoing basis and belongs to the VIN Veterinary online network where the latest Veterinary information is available.

She looks forward to attending the week long Central Veterinary conference in San Diego, 2008. Dr. Both's family includes 2 dogs, 2 cats, a prairie dog, and several reptiles.  She enjoys horseback riding, reading, quilting and hiking.
